Job Summary
Manage the stand by stocking stations, handling inventory, processing deposits, and ensuring food safety compliance. Oversee all positions to maintain cleanliness, secure the stand, and lead the team in delivering exceptional guest service. Handle cash drawers and ensure the restaurant closes down properly while remaining responsible in the absence of the General Manager. Support crew members with teamwork and adapt to high-volume, high-energy shifts ranging from 6 to 8 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Day and/or Night shift depending on needs
- 1 year of restaurant experience
- Ability to promote teamwork and develop and support others
- Ability to lift 35-50lbs.
- Ability to lift, reach and bend over for product.
