Job Summary
Lead the Hub Manager's right hand on the floor, guiding pickers and riders while executing hands-on tasks in picking, packing, inbounding, and equipment checks. Ensure safety, hygiene, and inventory accuracy across all hub areas, coaching staff and managing onboarding for new riders. Step in during the Hub Manager's absence to drive order fulfillment within minutes, maintaining productivity and team motivation through direct leadership. Available evenings and weekends for at least 24 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- You enjoy working with people
- You are the point of contact for the team
- You are hands-on and love working in the operations
- You remain calm in stressful situations
- You have the ability to motivate your team every day
- You already have some managerial experience
- preferably experience in the logistics, retail and/or catering sector
- You are available for at least 24 hours per week
- You are available to work evenings and weekends
