Job Summary
Lead the Hub Manager's team on the floor by guiding pickers and riders through picking, packing, inbounding, and timely deliveries. Take ownership of shift productivity and safety while ensuring all orders leave the door within minutes and reach customers in perfect condition. Perform hands-on operational tasks including checking the bike fleet for damage, maintaining hygiene standards, and coaching staff. Step in as the right hand of the Hub Manager during absences and onboard new riders and pickers from day one. Available for evenings and weekends with at least 24 hours per week commitment.
Required Qualifications
- You enjoy working with people
- You are the point of contact for the team
- You are hands-on and love working in the operations
- You remain calm in stressful situations
- You have the ability to motivate your team every day
- You already have some managerial experience
- preferably experience in the logistics, retail and/or catering sector
- You are available for at least 24 hours per week
- You are available to work evenings and weekends
