Job Summary
Conduct daily store operations by providing customer service, answering product inquiries, and maintaining a clean environment. Support the team in training on cash handling procedures, performing daily reconciliations, and conducting register audits to ensure financial accuracy. Contribute to inventory organization, monitor supply chain performance, and implement in-store promotions to manage stock levels. Work full-time hours from 8:00 am to 11:45 pm, seven days a week, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Maintain an active Marijuana Enforcement Division badge and possess strong communication skills for this pivotal role in our retail excellence mission.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. or more multiple times per day
- Ability to obtain and maintain an active Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) badge in the state of Colorado
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role
- Knowledge of cannabis and its products
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
