Job Summary
Conduct daily store operations by providing customer service, offering product guidance, and maintaining a clean environment. Manage cash transactions through daily reconciliation, register audits, and staff training on proper procedures. Monitor inventory levels, organize product restocking, and assist with in-store promotions while reporting sales trends. Collaborate with the team to address customer inquiries and suggest improvements based on feedback. Ensure adherence to policies and operational guidelines while supporting the Store Director and Assistant Manager. Requires a high school diploma, age 21 or older, and an active MED badge. Full-time hours at the LivWell Denver location include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. or more multiple times per day
- Ability to obtain and maintain an active Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) badge in the state of Colorado
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of cannabis and its products is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in cash handling and accurate basic math calculations
- Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic
