Job Summary
Conduct daily store operations by providing customer service, answering product inquiries, and maintaining a clean environment. Manage cash handling and transactions through daily reconciliation, register audits, and staff training on proper procedures. Support inventory management by organizing products, monitoring supply chain performance, and analyzing product trends. Collaborate with the team to suggest improvements based on customer feedback and implement in-store promotions. Work full-time hours from 8:00 am to 11:45 pm, seven days a week, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Maintain an active Marijuana Enforcement Division badge and possess strong communication skills for this pivotal role in our retail excellence mission.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. or more multiple times per day
- Ability to obtain and maintain an active Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) badge in the state of Colorado
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of cannabis and its products is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in cash handling and accurate basic math calculations
- Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic
