Job Summary
Deliver outstanding customer experiences and ensure a supportive environment for in-house team members. Lead in-store tasks during each shift, exemplifying brand standards while ensuring sales floor movement flows effectively. Provide training to Store Associates to meet production goals and product-finishing projects. Maintain accurate product merchandising, follow food safety protocols, and target sales objectives to achieve compliance and loss prevention standards. Participate in team meetings to discuss goals, progress, and improvement topics. This part-time Shift Lead role at Läderach requires 1 year of retail sales experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to stand or walk for long hours while lifting 15-40 pounds. Required Qualifications
- at least 1 year of experience in retail sales or similar fast-paced, customer-minded environment, with increasing levels of responsibility
- strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively
- reliable and flexible with scheduling based on store needs
- quality-minded with keen attention to detail
- passionate about chocolate
- physical stamina to remain active and stand for long hours, often walking or standing in a fast-paced environment
- ability to move quickly between tasks, assist multiple customers at once, or handle unexpected changes (like restocking or re-organizing displays)
- physical agility and the ability to stay organized
- ability to bend, squat, or reach up high to organize or stock products
- ability to lift 15-40 pounds (7-18 kilograms)
