Shift Lead oversees daily restaurant operations in the absence of management, leads a 2-5 person crew during shifts, acts as a key holder for opening and closing tasks, and ensures accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities include demonstrating strong menu and product knowledge, communicating effectively with guests and team members, participating in training programs, and maintaining reliability and adherence to scheduling requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience, preferably as a shift lead
- Ability to work 2 morning (opening) and 2 night (closing) shifts
- Proven ability to efficiently multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Must be 18 years of age or older
