Job Summary
Shift Lead oversees daily operations in the absence of the General and Assistant General Manager, ensuring smooth and efficient shifts. Key responsibilities include demonstrating strong menu and product knowledge, leading a team of 2-5 crew members during shifts, acting as a key holder and performing opening and closing tasks with accuracy and efficiency, maintaining reliability and adherence to scheduling requirements, and participating in training programs to continuously develop skills. Strong communication with guests and team members, multitasking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience, preferably as a shift lead
- Ability to work 2 morning (opening) and 2 night (closing) shifts
- Proven ability to efficiently multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Must be 18 years of age or older
