Job Summary
Shift Lead at a Taco Bell franchisee: support the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts, ensuring team members complete duties, serving safe, quality food, and maintaining a safe environment for staff and customers. Responsibilities include quickly addressing customer complaints with a smile, coaching and providing feedback to team members, and enforcing cash, security, inventory, and labor policies. Strong emphasis on leadership, communication, problem-solving, and adherence to brand standards; role description may vary by franchisee. Located in Versailles, MO on-site.
