Shift Lead

Lead and oversee shift operations at a Taco Bell franchisee location, ensuring Team Members complete assigned duties, serve safe quality food, and maintain a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and customers. Communicate with the Restaurant Management team, enforce cash, security, inventory, and labor policies, and provide constructive feedback to Team Members to uphold brand standards and resolve customer issues promptly.
