Shift Lead

Shift Lead at a Taco Bell franchisee: you support the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts, ensuring Team Members complete duties, and serving safe, quality food in a friendly manner. You enforce cash, security, inventory, and labor policies, create a safe work and customer environment, coach and guide others, and quickly resolve customer complaints with a positive attitude. You communicate openly with the Restaurant Management team and help uphold standards across brand locations. This role may vary by franchise location.
