Shift Lead

Shift Lead at a Taco Bell franchise: you support the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards. You take ownership to solve problems, guide Team Members, ensure duties are completed, and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner. You ensure the restaurant is a safe place for Team Members to work and customers to visit, provide feedback to Team Members, communicate with the Restaurant Management team, and follow cash, security, inventory and labor policies and procedures.
