Job Summary
Shift Lead at a Taco Bell franchisee: You support the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts, ensuring Team Members complete duties and serve safe, quality food, and maintaining a safe workplace for staff and customers. You solve customer complaints promptly, provide positive feedback to Team Members, and communicate openly with management while following cash, security, inventory, and labor policies. Required Qualifications
- Experience as a shift lead or supervisor in a restaurant or quick-service environment
- Ability to supervise Team Members and ensure they complete duties

- Strong communication skills with both team members and management

- Familiarity with cash handling, inventory, and labor policies/procedures
