Job Summary
Shift Lead at a Taco Bell franchise: you support the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards. You take ownership and responsibility to solve problems, guide others, and ensure Team Members complete duties while serving safe, quality food in a friendly manner. You’ll ensure a safe workplace for Team Members and customers, quickly resolve customer complaints with a smile, provide feedback to Team Members, communicate openly with the Restaurant Management team, and follow cash, security, inventory, and labor policies and procedures. The role is described as part of a franchisee organization, with potential variations among franchisees. Hyper-focused on frontline restaurant operations, shift supervision, and adherence to brand standards.
