Job Summary
Shift Lead at a Taco Bell franchisee: you support the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards. You take ownership to solve problems, assist teammates, and guide others. Key duties include ensuring Team Members complete assigned duties and serving safe, quality food in a friendly manner, while maintaining a safe place for both employees and customers. You’ll address customer complaints quickly and with a smile, provide constructive feedback to Team Members, and communicate openly with the Restaurant Management team. You will follow cash, security, inventory, and labor policies and procedures. This role description reflects typical standards for Taco Bell corporate roles but may vary among franchise locations.
