Job Summary
Lead shifts and support the Restaurant General Manager by ensuring team members complete duties and uphold Taco Bell standards. Responsibilities include solving customer complaints quickly and with a positive attitude, providing constructive feedback to team members, maintaining open communication with management, and enforcing cash, security, inventory, and labor policies. Ensure a safe work environment for team members and customers, and guide others to meet service and food quality expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supervising or leading a shift or team in a foodservice or quick-service environment preferred
- Ability to follow cash handling, security, inventory, and labor procedures
- Commitment to safe, quality food handling and customer service standards
