Job Summary
Shift Lead at a Taco Bell franchisee: lead and supervise a restaurant shift by ensuring Team Members complete duties and deliver safe, quality food in a friendly manner. Solve customer complaints promptly, provide feedback to Team Members, and communicate openly with Restaurant Management. Enforce cash, security, inventory, and labor policies and procedures, while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for both staff and customers. This role supports the Restaurant General Manager and may vary by franchise location.
