Job Summary
Shift Lead at Taco Bell franchisee location leads and supports a restaurant shift by ensuring Team Members complete assigned duties, serving safe, quality food in a friendly manner, and helping maintain a safe work and customer environment. You’ll supervise team members, coach others, communicate with the Restaurant Management team, and ensure compliance with cash, security, inventory, and labor policies. The role focuses on ownership of shifts, problem solving, and maintaining brand standards, with the franchisee as the employer and wage/benefit terms set by the individual franchise location.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in supervision or leadership in a restaurant setting
- Ability to run great work shifts and meet brand standards
- Ability to guide Team Members and ensure completion of duties
- Knowledge of food safety, serve-safe practices, and customer service standards
- Wamiliar with cash, security, inventory and labor policies
