Job Summary
The Shift Lead position at Green District involves employee training and coaching, unloading truck shipments, food preparation, assisting with scheduling, providing customer service, cleaning and sanitizing, and managing inventory. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, with at least 2 years of customer service experience preferred in the restaurant industry. This role does not have direct supervisory responsibilities but may indirectly manage and train staff. A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.
