Job Summary
Shift Lead at Buffalo Wild Wings in Kennewick, WA responsible for supporting management, leading a team during peak periods, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Core duties include opening/closing the restaurant, supervising Front of House and Heart of House teams, coaching team members, resolving guest issues, overseeing food and beverage quality and safety, administering cash handling and paperwork, conducting shift changes and communications, monitoring labor, safety, and compliance, and executing operational readiness tasks such as QSC, line checks, and bar checks. Requires leadership, strong communication, knowledge of RAS, food safety, sanitation procedures, and the ability to manage performance and guest experience during shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Certification as a Wing Certified Trainer in at least one hourly position
- Completion of Shift Leader certification
- Prior experience managing others or Buffalo Wild Wings experience (preferred)
