Shift Lead (Kennel Technician/Day Care Attendant)

Supervise and safely manage groups of dogs during playtime while monitoring behavior, health, and interactions. Feed dogs, assist with medications, and clean and sanitize play areas and cabins daily. Lead a team of 6–8 staff members and communicate with pet parents in a friendly, professional manner to support smooth shift operations. You must love dogs, be comfortable with all breeds and sizes, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment involving standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Training is provided for entry-level applicants, with flexible scheduling available for 30–40 hours per week including weekends and holidays.
