Job Summary

A strong focus on interpersonal skills, organizational ability, and problem-solving is essential, along with at least 1-3 years of guest-facing experience in a relevant environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of guest-facing experience in a retail, restaurant, or food service environment
- Experience in a lead role with progressive managerial responsibilities

- Post-secondary education
- Demonstrated success in creating a superior guest experience
- Experience coaching others
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
