Job Summary
Provide incredible customer service and quality products to all guests throughout their bakery experience. Support store leadership by maintaining operations, monitoring production efficiency, and holding the team accountable to company standards. Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning while leading the cookie crew. Manage cash handling and deposits while ensuring a safe, clean environment that adheres to safe food handling practices. Assist in training and coaching team members. This role requires at least one year of customer service experience, POS system proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Flexible part-time schedules are available for those seeking daily pay-on-demand and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of working experience in a customer service focused role
- Point of Sales systems experience
- Outgoing/friendly/patient
- Detail focused and results-oriented
- Ability to lead-by-example and motivate others
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years or older to be employed
