Job Summary
Greet all customers with a smile, a wave, and a friendly attitude while actively selling unlimited wash membership packages. Safely guide guests through wash options, engage pre/post wash to ensure satisfaction, and collaborate with the team to meet sales goals. Execute opening and closing site responsibilities, maintain on-site equipment, and oversee employee productivity, breaks, and safety. Ensure facilities remain clean, compliant with legal requirements, and presentable while troubleshooting issues as needed. Work outdoors in all weather conditions, standing for extended periods, and lift up to 25 pounds. Base pay plus commission for top membership plans, paid training, and flexible evening/weekend shifts available.

- Ability to carry, lift, push, pull, and move up to 25 pounds
- Alert and able to maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment
- Respond quickly to sounds
- Move safely over uneven terrain and in confined spaces
- See clearly and respond to dangerous situations
- Must have the ability to be mobile and engaged with all ModTeam members and customers at pay station, tunnel entrance, and vacuum lot
