Shift Lead in Training

Lead and train front-line staff on shifts at Jersey Mike's, overseeing operations during scheduled shifts. Responsibilities include training and coaching new employees, inspecting equipment, managing cash and bank deposits, addressing customer and employee issues, resolving conflicts, and maintaining health and safety standards while fostering a positive work environment. Must demonstrate core values, reliability, and a desire to impact others; experience in fast food or QSR is preferred but not required.
