Job Summary
As a Shift Lead I at Chuze Fitness, you’ll support your team in maintaining a vibrant, professional, and efficient work environment with a focus on hospitality and member experience. Responsibilities include guiding front desk operations, assisting with memberships, retail sales, member check-ins, and phone inquiries; resolving account or billing questions in partnership with leadership; preparing and serving smoothies at locations with Chuze Blends; upholding operational standards and training; coordinating daily cleaning and inventory tasks; and assisting with Kids Club operations as needed to ensure exceptional service for families. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a team-based mindset, with the ability to work varied hours including weekends, and a successful criminal background check.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in customer service
- Previous experience running shifts or leading a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work varied hours, weekends, and opening/closing shifts regularly or as needed
- Criminal background check must be passable
