Shift Lead I - Part-Time - Full Weekend Availability

Lead team members by setting standards for customer interaction, maintaining gym presentation through daily cleaning, and executing opening and closing procedures. Manage front desk operations including membership sign-ups, retail, point-of-sale transactions, and smoothie preparation while training staff on policies and best practices. Break employees for lunches, delegate cleaning responsibilities, and troubleshoot member inquiries or partner with management on escalated concerns. Assist with administrative tasks such as member management software reports, inventory counts, and managing club email. Attend regularly scheduled team meetings. Requires full weekend availability Monday through Friday.
