Job Summary
Lead 1 at Chuze Fitness who will support the team in creating a vibrant, professional gym environment. Responsibilities include setting and maintaining customer experience standards, completing daily cleaning, assisting front desk operations (membership sign-ups, POS transactions, smoothies if applicable), training front desk staff, managing opening/closing duties, troubleshooting member inquiries, generating reports and inventory tasks, and participating in regular team meetings. Requires strong interpersonal skills, English proficiency, ability to operate club software, and capacity to lift 50 lbs.
