Shift Lead I

Lead-focused role in a fitness-club environment emphasizing hospitality, team leadership, and member experience. Responsibilities include maintaining standard customer interactions, overseeing front desk operations (membership sign-ups, POS transactions, smoothies when applicable), ensuring gym cleanliness and presentation, training front desk staff, coordinating daily shift operations, handling member inquiries, and assisting with administrative tasks such as reports, inventory, and club email.
