Job Summary
Shift Leader oversees restaurant operations on duty, supervising Squad Members, ensuring adherence to safety and company policies, organizing shift schedules, assigning duties, communicating with supervisors, and maintaining guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include training, performance supervision, cash handling, opening/closing duties, ensuring food safety and sanitation, equipment operation, and conveying performance feedback to the Management Squad. Requires ServSafe Manager Certification, Alcohol Service Certification, English fluency, 18+ years old, ability to stand for long periods, lift 50–75 lbs, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Salary range $18-$24 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Current ServSafe Manager Certification
- Current Alcohol Service Certification
- Must be at least 18 years old and fluent in English
- Current student or high school diploma/GED preferred
- Certified in all stations following the SOB Training Program
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, opening and closing shifts
- Must have reliable transportation to work, a driver’s license, and proof of insurance
