Job Summary
Operate all equipment, stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage and walk-in coolers, and prepare product for customers. Receive and process telephone and in-person orders while taking inventory and completing associated paperwork. Clean equipment and facility daily. Handle bulk product deliveries, unload cases using a hand truck, and carry large cans, pizza sauce, and dough trays. Work in varying weather conditions, temperatures ranging from 36 to 90 degrees, and manage exposure to food odors, dust, and hot surfaces up to 500 degrees. Perform repetitive tasks including forward bending, stooping, and reaching while maintaining strict quality control standards. Prior QSR experience is highly desired.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
