Job Summary
Greet every customer, ring up sales accurately, and maintain store cleanliness across the sales floor, coolers, and pumps. Stock shelves, manage food service programs, check in vendors, and lead completion of key store tasks while ensuring compliance with local regulations. Coach and motivate team members, assist with schedule adjustments, and act as a role model during shifts when management is unavailable. Flexible availability for a 24/7 operation including nights, weekends, and holidays is required. This role offers same-day pay, fuel discounts, and opportunities for advancement within the retail team.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability for a 24/7 operation (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
- Must meet legal age requirements to sell regulated products (alcohol, tobacco)
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 65 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Prior supervisory experience in foodservice or retail strongly preferred
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service
