Shift Lead/Head Cashier

Shift Lead / Head Cashier to oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, lead by example, mentor team members, and ensure smooth store operations. Responsibilities include greeting customers, ringing up sales, applying promotions, maintaining cleanliness, stocking shelves and displays, managing food service and beverage programs, checking in vendors, coaching team members, adjusting schedules, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (alcohol, tobacco, Lotto). Must have flexible availability for a 24/7 operation (nights, weekends, holidays) and strong communication, customer service, and leadership skills.
