Shift Lead responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, supervising staff, ensuring sanitation and safety, preparing dishes, mastering recipes, enforcing portion sizes and quality standards, maintaining equipment and cleanliness, and upholding health-conscious, allergen-aware cooking practices; requires 1 year supervisory experience, ServSafe or equivalent, strong leadership and communication, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and physical stamina.
Required Qualifications
- 1 Year proven experience as a Lead or supervisor
- Deep knowledge of clean eating principles, dietary restrictions, and allergen-friendly cooking techniques
- ServSafe certification or other relevant food safety certification
