Job Summary
Lead and coach team members during shifts to ensure guest satisfaction and operational readiness. Responsibilities include opening/closing the restaurant, managing labor and cash handling, inspecting food safety and bar/ alcohol service, coordinating front and back of house tasks, addressing guest complaints, conducting shift change and post-shift documentation, and ensuring consistent service through daily QSC, staff briefings, and performance feedback. Must maintain knowledge of menu items, drinks, promotions, and safety policies to uphold quality and guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Certification as a Wing Certified Trainer in at least one hourly position
- Completion of Shift Leader certification
