Shift Lead for Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop — Kennett Square, PA or Las Vegas corporate shops. You are the face of the company, ensuring hot food is served hot, cold food cold, and that all food is fresh and served in a clean environment in full uniform. Responsibilities include delegating duties, recognizing and reinforcing team accomplishments, following inventory control procedures and guidelines, adhering to procedures and policies including cash handling, sanitation, and safety, assisting with labor management costs, upholding Capriotti’s values, and maintaining shop cleanliness and organization across dining, prep, and service areas. You will work as part of a team to prepare for each shift, manage time effectively, and maintain a positive work environment for team members and guests. Requirements include excellent guest service, ability to take direction and delegate, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, being team-oriented and dependable, strong communication, and a flexible schedule that may include nights and weekends.
