Lead the fill operation and coordinate resources to deliver a ready salesfloor, taking operational responsibility for Serve, Sell and Fill, and to lead the floor in the absence of the Colleague Manager. Coach colleagues on One Best Way, drive productivity ahead of store opening, allocate resources for quick payments, and ensure daily operational processes are implemented on time. Coordinate the team to maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented store; foster an inclusive team atmosphere; role model customer service and M&S behaviours; support Colleague Managers and nearby stores as needed. Responsible for being a key holder and handling opening/closing tasks, cash handling, and TSL compliance in peripheral hours.
