Shift Lead - Food - Frome Simply Food

Lead the fill operation on the sales floor, coordinating resources to Serve, Sell and Fill and to lead the floor in the absence of the Colleague Manager. Coach colleagues on One Best Way and drive productivity in readiness for store opening. Allocate resources to deliver a quick payment experience and ensure daily operational processes are implemented efficiently across the area. Coordinate the team to deliver a clean, safe and well-presented store, model great customer service and support nearby stores if required. Responsible for opening/closing tasks, including cash handling and related compliance, and for being a key holder and answer-outs as required. This is a frontline retail leadership role with opportunities to role-model M&S behaviours and drive high performance in a fast-paced environment.
