Shift Lead - Food - Belfast Abbey Centre

Shift Lead for the Belfast Abbey Centre responsible for leading the fill operation and delivering a ready-to-trade salesfloor. Coordinates resources to serve, sell and fill, and leads the floor in the Colleague Manager’s absence. Coaches colleagues on process best practices, drives productivity for store opening, allocates resources for quick payment experience, ensures daily operational processes are executed on time, maintains a clean, safe, and well-presented store, and models customer service and company behaviours. Supports nearby stores as needed and may act as a key holder handling opening/closing tasks and related cash/logistics duties.
