Shift Lead - Food - Belfast Abbey Centre

Lead the fill operation on the sales floor at Belfast Abbey Centre, coaching colleagues on One Best Way and driving productivity in readiness for store opening. Coordinate resources to deliver operational tasks during the fill operation and in the absence of the Colleague Manager. Allocate resources to deliver a quick payment experience and ensure all daily operational processes are implemented efficiently across the area of the store. Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented store, support the Colleague Managers by sharing observations to drive high performance, and help deliver great customer service. This frontline role requires applying the M&S behaviours and Colleague Expectations, and may involve supporting nearby stores when required. You will be responsible for being a key holder and handling opening/closing tasks, including receipt of vehicles, temperature controls, logging issues with Helpdesks, cash handling, and TSL compliance in peripheral hours.
