Shift Lead

Shift Lead at Firehouse Subs. Part-time positions available in Cincinnati. Assists the General Manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts, deploying team members, and delegating tasks to complete daily systems with 100% integrity. Responsibilities include upholding customer product and service standards, fostering teamwork, delivering an exceptional customer and store experience, greeting and thanking every customer, executing quality store operations, cleaning the store and equipment, operating food preparation machinery, adhering to food safety and security guidelines, and operating the cash register with cash handling policies. Additional requirements include computer skills with Microsoft software and register skills, and the ability to stand, bend, reach, and work in cold environments (40°F to -10°F). Firehouse Subs is a U.S.-based fast casual restaurant chain with locations in multiple markets.
