Shift Lead

Shift Lead for Firehouse Subs responsible for the profitable operation of a designated shift under the General Manager. Leadership of the restaurant team to achieve superior guest service, quality, and cleanliness. Manages compliance with health, wage, and employment regulations; enforces Firehouse Subs policies; supports GM with operations, scheduling, and company initiatives; participates in interviewing, hiring, training, and disciplining staff; ensures accurate programs and reports; actively participates in Public Safety Foundation initiatives; represents the brand professionally; communicates issues to GM/Owner; physical duties include lifting up to 50 lbs and being mobile in cold environments.
