Shift Lead

Shift Lead at Firehouse Subs (part-time). Assists the General Manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts, deploys team members and delegates tasks to complete daily systems with integrity, and acts in accordance with company policies. Responsibilities include delivering an exceptional customer and store experience, greeting customers, adhering to food safety and security guidelines, operating a cash register and handling cash per policies, and operating food preparation machinery. Requires ability to stand, bend, reach, and work in walk-in refrigerators/freezers (40°F to -10°F). Familiarity with Microsoft software and register tasks is a plus. Firehouse Subs is a fast casual restaurant chain; location noted in Chandler, AZ.
