Shift Lead - Fashion, Home & Beauty - Glasgow Fort

Lead the fill operation on the sales floor, coordinating resources to serve, sell and fill, and to lead the floor in the absence of the Colleague Manager. Manage the opening/closing tasks, cash handling and TSL compliance, coach colleagues on One Best Way, drive productivity for store opening, allocate resources to ensure quick payment experiences, and maintain a clean, safe, well-presented store while fostering an inclusive team atmosphere and delivering great customer service. Requires 18+ and provides frontline supervision with responsibilities across store operations and close collaboration with Colleague Managers and nearby stores.
