Responsibilities include coaching colleagues on One Best Way, driving productivity for store opening, allocating resources for a quick payment experience, ensuring efficient daily operational processes, maintaining a clean, safe, well-presented store, and modeling exceptional customer service and M&S behaviours. Supports nearby stores as needed, acts as a key holder for opening/closing tasks, and handles cash and TSL compliance during peripheral hours.
