Required Qualifications
- Demonstrate good leadership skills

- Understand types of tools and tooling at machine centers
- Ability to follow written instructions and write legibly
- Understanding of measuring instruments, gauges, and test equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and understand specifications
- Demonstrate above average mechanical aptitude
- Good written and communication skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Walking, standing, stooping, and bending required up to 100% of the time
