Shift Lead at S&G serves as direct support to the Store Manager, ensuring efficient operations, policy compliance, and sales/profit optimization. Responsibilities include providing service leadership to customers, greeting customers, enforcing company policies, maintaining a clean and organized store, processing cash and card transactions with integrity, implementing merchandising and plan-o-gram standards, rotating foodservice products, monitoring transactions for proper procedures, and responding to emergencies for safety.
