Shift Lead East Toledo

Shift Lead at S&G responsible for directly supporting the Store Manager to ensure efficient store operations, compliance with laws and company policies, and achievement of sales goals. Leads customer service efforts, greets customers, enforces policies, maintains a clean and organized store, processes cash and card transactions with integrity, implements merchandising and marketing programs (including plan-o-gram integrity and sign placement), rotates foodservice products to ensure freshness, monitors transactions for proper execution, responds quickly to emergencies for safety and security of customers and employees, and communicates with leadership about store performance. Requires retail/customer service experience and physical ability to lift and stand for shifts, with flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
