Job Summary
Lead and coach restaurant team members to ensure 100% table visits and issue resolution during the shift; manage and participate in opening/closing procedures and paperwork; monitor guest satisfaction, food quality, safety, and labor, while handling audits and cash procedures; train and develop staff, address guest complaints, and drive sales and profits; oversee Front of House and Heart of House operations, perform line checks, and ensure responsible alcohol service; execute shift changes, daily logs, and operational readiness activities; adapt to peak periods and maintain a high pace with strong customer service and leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Wing Certified Trainer certification
- Shift Leader certification
